Came from Fantasia. You won't find a better hotel at this price in the Polyana resort. We were met by the administrator Tamara - a radiant smile and sincere friendliness, immediate responsiveness - a standard for meeting guests. Thanks for the positivity. All the positive reviews about this hotel on the site are true. Of the shortcomings, I can only note the already "tired" carpet on the floor in the standard room (it would be time to wash it during the summer season). Yes, the pump room is located in the hotel, BUT how inconvenient it is to run to the fifth floor for your glass (well, this is not a roadside well, so one mug, thank you, not tied with a string). It is strange that the hotel does not have the ability to provide disposable cups for their guests. It's the little things like that that make comfort. Friendly staff, not at all intimidated (as they wrote earlier in the reviews), the restaurant is excellent, the SPA-salon, the pool is at the level, cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every three days. White linen and towels in the room. BUT blue pool towels! ! If you have a swimming pool and at least one treatment in the SPA, will it have time to dry? And the smell was appropriate, stagnant even with a clean towel just brought by the maid, nevertheless it was present. But all these little things I only note so that the level of the hotel does not decrease as it, I hope, long-term prosperity. Come, you won't regret it. Our holiday was a success.
