Came to this hotel thanks to Grupon. In principle, the hotel is not so bad as it is described (there have been worse in 5 *), but still there are drawbacks and there are many of them. I would like that after my comment, the management made a little effort to improve.
Firstly, HOL: in the previous comment, I read the following phrase written by the administrator: "I would like to say that the sofa is not peeled, we really don’t change its sheathing on purpose, because we like this peculiar look of it))). " It's funny!! ! Hol is the face of the hotel, and when you first enter, these pieces of dermontine catch your eye and remain in your memory stronger than the pleasant smile of the administrator at the reception. No matter how funny it sounds, even my daughter, who is 2 years old, said that we would not sit on this sofa, because he was "SICK! ".
Secondly, NUMBER: we lived in a double standart, No. 211. The room is spacious and bright. There is a nice closet in the closet. BUT! We were cleaned 2 times in 5 days. And vacuumed - never. The towels weren't changed.

Thirdly, the RESTAURANT: many blame the fact that you have to wait a long time for the waiters. But they run without sitting down from morning to night, 6 days a week! They are great! Yes, not everything on the menu was available, but you can find a replacement for everything. Moreover, the number of dishes allows it. I really liked Bograch, a delicious warm salad, not a bad Transcarpathian delicacy. I was glad that everyone brought fresh. The kids menu isn't bad either. But there is a problem with breakfasts, an omelet from one egg or 3 pancakes is not much to eat (especially if you are a man! ) And the yogurt that you added does not save the situation. Breakfast could have been a little bigger or better.
The biggest MINUS is the children's room! First of all, she is very cold! Secondly, these terrible, painted walls!! ! And thirdly, toys that are absolutely all broken!
Although this hotel has 2 big pluses - it's a rope park and the Carpathians))) In the 5 days that we spent in the "Continent", we traveled all the sights and not only. We went to the mountains on foot and went by car, we went fishing, to Uzhgorod, to Mukachevo, to Uklyn. So we only came to the hotel to sleep. And whoever tells me that the hotel is bad, that the service was not pleasant, I will stand my ground: NEVER A REST WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF YOU DO NOT MAKE IT YOURSELF! After all, these charming mountains, this air, this human mindset cannot be compared with Kiev, Donetsk, or Odessa!
