I want to say that my family and I came to live in Polyana in the private sector. But everything came to the fact that we ate, went to the bathhouse and swimming pool, celebrated the New Year, joined the amazingly good children's program at the Continent Hotel. Not that everything is so bad everywhere that there was nothing to choose from. No. It's just that in this hotel everyone is trying with a soul. Great atmosphere, you just don't want to leave the restaurant! The food is very good. Of course, we waited a long time a couple of times and once we did not like the strudel. But with us in Kyiv, this happens in almost every restaurant))). Here the waiters tried very hard, communicate, tell (special thanks to Seryozha! ). Great attitude towards children.
We weren't in the rooms. From the hotel you can see that they are unpretentious. But it's 3 stars. We found some problems with the light. But they were all over Polyana, and it was clear that the administration was trying in every possible way to smooth this nuance. The people we lived with were very surprised by our story. They said that they always have this on New Year's Eve and nobody cares. No one will please customers in any way - this is just not a problem.
So we celebrated the New Year in the company of the hotel "Continent". Children are absolutely delighted. We, too. Respect and gratitude to the hotel staff and administration!
