Yesterday I returned from Transcarpathia.
The vacation was wonderful. I’ll make a reservation right away, I was looking for a quiet, calm hotel, in a quiet, peaceful place and didn’t expect someone to entertain me....I will write in detail, because when I was traveling myself, I didn’t find answers to some banal simple questions . As a result, I dragged a bunch of unnecessary things... )))
In order: I arrived in Svalyava at 4:40, ordered a transfer to the hotel (costs 50 UAH). We met directly from the train, settled in the room (although the check-in time is 12:00). The room is the simplest for one person: a wardrobe, a bed (comfortable and wide enough), a table, a chair, a TV (broadcast Ukrainian channels and several NTV + channels ), mini fridge; the bathroom is equipped with a shower, there is a good hair dryer, three towels (changed daily).

Now about the food: I did not order full board, breakfast was included in the price. Breakfast: buffet, omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, cottage cheese, muesli, pastries, snacks in the form of sausage cheese, butter, croutons, honey. jams, jams, what else? I don't even remember, because "sat" on homemade cottage cheese with honey... ))) Well, of course. Tea coffee. juice, kefir, milk. I had enough food. . .
Lunch-dinner optional, ordered a complex, cost: lunch 60 UAH, dinner 50 UAH. In general, I personally overeat. It’s hard to judge if a bigger person would have eaten, I don’t eat much, it was even too much for me... There is a bar, I had coffee there, coffee from 7 UAH (small espresso) to 17 UAH (double very strong and fragrant)
In the lobby: a pump room with mineral water: Polyana Kvasova and Polyana Kupel. You can drink before meals and after and instead... there are disposable cups.
Now about the pool and sauna. I say right away, the pool is small, the sauna too. At that time, when I was there, there were few people in the hotel, therefore, there was enough space for everyone, however, I suspect that with the influx of tourists in the season, it is quite crowded there. I swam three times a day, my overeating no longer allowed... ))))
Now about entertainment... there are excursions, information was posted daily at the reception. I went to Beregovo to the thermal pool (cost 60 UAH + 50 UAH for the pool itself), also to local fortresses and monasteries (60 UAH + about 15 UAH for the entrance in general) and Uzhgorod (130 UAH). They also offered an excursion to the trout farm: you catch the fish yourself and they cook it for you, I was not seduced.
Now about the hotel itself: clean, tidy, compact. The area around the hotel is just lovely: wooden swings, benches, cleanliness and order. The view from the room is very picturesque, on the mountains. There is a forest behind the hotel. The air is clean, even a little dizzy, yet the height above sea level is about 340 m.
The room is cleaned daily, the staff is friendly.
Now advice to women: if you are not planning trips to some pretentious places on vacation, then take a minimum of clothes, and the main emphasis is on sports style, comfortable clothes and shoes. There are no bathrobes in simple rooms; for going to the sauna pool, I had to buy a bathrobe on the spot.
