Rested with family from 07.12 to 14.12. 13y. The overall impression of the rest is super, except for the blurred morning of departure from the hotel. But more on that later. The rooms are excellent, with a balcony and a view of the forest and mountains. Meals: breakfast and dinner. The breakfasts are monotonous (buffet, small selection. Dinner is superb (three options to choose from). The staff is wonderful, they respond to any request. Special thanks to the girls at the reception, the chef and the maids. And ...I almost forgot: in our room the TV remote was missing. My wife and I searched the entire room, but we couldn't find it. I suspect that the maids, when changing the bed, accidentally threw the remote into the bag. So, I was prepared for the fact that my wife and I would be accused of theft, but. . . they silently brought us a new one. Respect!!! The incident was over.
The hotel area is small, but quite cozy. On the territory there are gazebos, barbecues, a sauna, parking for cars, a tennis court, a swimming pool with a sauna, hydromassage in the hotel.
The hotel arranges excursions for vacationers every day. It's just a bomb! I highly recommend the thermal waters in the village. Kosino, a trip to a trout farm in the village. Voevodyno and an excursion to Uzhgorod with a stop at the restaurant "Detsa u Notarya". Have fun : ))

1 We were asked to wake us up at 4-30 am on 13.12. 13g . . At the reception they promised, but the guard overslept corny. It's good that we made sure and set the alarm clock at the right time.

There is such a scheme: at breakfast in the price list you choose the option of dinner and mark it with a tick. Once we returned late from an excursion and our relative did not go on it. The second time, he just didn't want to eat.
So, the respected administration of the hotel did not inform us that if you do not go to dinner, but at the same time it was prepared for you, then you pay money. Although, on the other hand, we paid for our breakfasts in advance, but on the day of arrival we were late for it. And no one compensated us for it ...It's a shame.
3 And the last. This does not apply to the hotel and its staff, but to the professional and human qualities of the driver of the sightseeing bus, which takes hotel guests on excursions (yellow Mercedes Sprinter). His name is Ivan. He took us on a couple of excursions. We asked him to take us on the day of departure to the railway station in Svalyava. Asked 3 days in advance. On the penultimate day they reminded him. He assured us that everything would be good, but ...he did not come and did not answer the phone calls. We had to urgently call a taxi. We nearly missed the train. We jumped into the departing carriage.
But in general - everything is super, we really liked it!
