We rested, fortunately, in another hotel in the resort - Fantasia (which we are very pleased with), but after reading reviews about the excellent cuisine in the hut of this institution, we still ventured to check it out for ourselves. Dear owners of Polyana Kvasova! I hope you read people's opinions. Yes, indeed, the kolyba in the national style is popular, they come in whole groups. BUT the change of waiters, where the bartender is an older man, and the efficient waitress served quickly and efficiently, despite the large influx of people (Sunday 08.09. 2013) What was our disappointment when we came to dinner the next day, 09.09 2013 !! ! Shift has changed! A young waitress, it seems, Marina, in the evening did not know what dishes to order, she ran to the kitchen THREE TIMES to ask for each item. Finally took the order, brought beer, and disappeared. FORTY MINUTES AFTER we finally caught it and asked where, in fact, our dinner, when it will be cooked for us and finally served, to which we heard the answer "YOU DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING ELSE !!! " Thank you, we have never returned from a restaurant so hungry and angry. . Now it is clear why they wrote that in the hut of Polyana Kvasova, which is located BEHIND the Fantasia hotel - NOT A FOOT!! ! The Fantasia hotel restaurant - this is a decent level of service, and the trout is prepared just as well!! !
