I have been relaxing in Reikartz Polyana twice a year, since 2015 (spring and autumn). After the change of management/staff, the quality of the hotel is only getting worse every year, in the near future it will reach the level of the roadside hotel "Vasilek".
The only thing holding back so far is decent food, quality services in the SPA area and democratic prices.
Excellent staff in the SPA area (masseur, medical staff, pedicure-manicure, etc. ), always friendly, attentive and professional. Good, varied cuisine (taking into account democratic prices) - EVERYTHING!

Reception staff is something! Then arithmetic with the bonus system does not work (I had to take a calculator, learn to count... apologies, error corrections).
