The hotel was chosen by looking at websites and reviews. A large number of positive reviews made our choice on the "water heater". Very friendly girls at the reception told about the services provided and promptly settled in the room.
The deluxe room is comfortable, spacious, clean, with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The room has everything you need. Cleaning was done daily, towels changed regularly. Small but well maintained area.
Meals in the restaurant - daily a choice of four types of breakfasts. Hearty breakfasts, for four (two adults and children 15 and 6 years old) managed three, enough to head. Lunch and dinner - the choice is more modest, only two options, but everything is also satisfying and tasty (and for the cost of 85 UAH it is also very inexpensive! ). True, we dined at the restaurant only once, all the time we went to the "kolyba" - I highly recommend the dishes of the Transcarpathian national cuisine. What you don’t understand at the very beginning is the speed of service. We encountered this immediately upon arrival - we ordered not very complex dishes in the main restaurant and almost fell asleep while we waited for the order. This despite the fact that the set lunch ended long ago, and we were in the restaurant alone. But you quickly get used to it - in Transcarpathia no one is in a hurry. In the "kolyba" they served faster.

Swimming pool is a plus and minus "water tower". Very spacious, with warm, clean water, umbrellas, sun loungers and a bar.
The disadvantages of the pool are the fee for visiting residents. A trip to the pool cost us 350 UAH. It seems to be inexpensive, but why? For what? Such a hotel can't afford to use the swimming pool for vacationers for free? After all, you can simply increase the cost of living a little, and make the pool a free option. Unclear.
And the second minus is visiting the pool by everyone from outside. We always had enough sunbeds, the pool was never crowded, but, for example, having arrived one afternoon, we found a detachment of pioneers, about 30 people, who were brought to splash in the pool. So they splashed, all 30, two hours. The rest could only dip near the side.
But, compared with positive emotions, these are all trifles. I did not want to leave. We will be back. Recommend.
