It is practically impossible to get procedures in this hospital because of the huge queues, since several of the same hotels and other sanatoriums are served there. I will not say anything about the quality of the procedures, everything becomes clear already in the lobby of the hospital - hello to the USSR. As for accommodation - the rooms are normal, the bed is clean, cleaned almost every day. There is no safe either in the room or at the administrator, when asked where to put the money and documents, I received an answer that nothing was lost before, indeed the documents and money were not lost, as I carried it with me all the time, and before leaving the hotel we found that from the room one of the women's things that hung in the closet disappeared. They brazenly took it off and took it away, when they informed the administrator about it, they answered that this could not be and no one even tried to deal with the attendants. It's a shame that such a petty act spoiled all the impressions of the rest. The dining room is normal, the food is varied, the service in the dining room is good, the staff is attentive. No additional services are provided in the sanatorium, everything is for a fee. Excursions mentioned on the website are not provided. Separately, it is necessary to negotiate, in the hotel only phone numbers. Of course, very beautiful nature and clean air, but this is all on the territory of other sanatoriums, this sanatorium does not have its own territory. Thus, I consider it inappropriate to overpay for the so-called sanatorium, which is not one. There are many hotels on the territory of the village of Polyana, accommodation in which will cost much cheaper (from 250 UAH per room), and procedures can be bought at the Solnechnaya Dolina sanatorium, where everything is at the highest level, choose whatever you want. You can drink water freely from pump rooms, which are enough, access is free.
