As always, my friends and I made the final decision about a trip to the Carpathians for the New Year already when it was already unrealistic to find something decent and, most importantly, INEXPENSIVE closer to Bukovel), and focusing on the description of the rooms and the reviews of those who were there, we took decision to go to "Gornaya Tisa". I left a week earlier (I had a vacation), my friends arrived just before the New Year. That. I just rested for a week and skied for a week.
Now about the resort itself:
1. Rooms - we had 2 beds. room, before the arrival of friends, I lived in it alone and no one was hooked; in the room - two beds, a TV, a table, chairs, a decanter with glasses - everything is new and beautiful (including bed linen and towels); , and also everything is clean and beautiful; in the room - very warm! the result - we have no complaints about the room, everything is fine.

2. Nutrition - for those who really want to lose weight! The portions are small, but the problem is not even that, but that the menu is very strange. There is no custom menu. Everything is the same for everyone, it is only possible to order a diet menu. But in many ways, the dishes are still the same. What's weird about the menu? For example, how do you like this Sunday dinner: a tiny cabbage salad, it seems, a portion of cabbage rolls (also far from large), a shortbread for tea, kefir? And what if you skied all day, arrived at the sanatorium for dinner, it’s no longer possible to order anything in the cafe (you have to order there before 17-00)? And if you are also not a fan of cabbage rolls? Or another interesting dish - cabbage schnitzel (I think on Saturdays)? Moreover, the menu is repeated weekly, i. e. if you are on a tour for 21 days, then you will definitely fall in love with cabbage rolls on Sundays and cabbage schnitzel on Saturdays))) Let's just say that I am calm about food, I didn’t count on delicacies, I didn’t mind losing weight, but even I must say that this menu is completely incompatible with skiing! (And this is not just my opinion! ). Yes, and on New Year's Eve in the sanatorium 2 meals a day: breakfast from 7-00 to 9-00 and dinner from 18-00 to 20-00. The schedule for skiers is very good. Lunch must be ordered a day in advance, and in the evening (about 18-00) it is already impossible to do this (if you change your mind about going skiing). The cooking itself - it is quite possible, but very miniature))) So. result - food for a C grade maximum. The advice to the sanatorium is to make at least the possibility of choosing dishes, as in most sanatoriums.
3. Treatment. Because treatment was included in the cost of eight days, then I took only free procedures included in the price (mineral baths, ozocerite, Charcot's shower, circular shower) - everything was done perfectly and honestly, without any additional payments. I also drank herbal tea and oxygen foam (for a symbolic additional fee) - the tea is super, I didn’t like the foam (but this is individual). I also bought fresh juices (the prices are affordable), having tried everything, I came to the conclusion that I like the simplest option - apple-carrot, I generally felt bad from beetroot-carrot (you can see the pressure has dropped, so experiment carefully! ) Once I took an infrared sauna upon arrival - I liked it, plus they said that the mineral water of the baths would be better perceived. About paid procedures - all sorts of massages and stuff, I can’t say anything, because. did not do. What else about the treatment? When my friends arrived, the friend who lived with me in the room on the 2nd day after arrival fell ill, she had a very high temperature of 39, cough, etc. etc. ; I must say that medical care was provided to her well, quite a lot of all kinds of medicines were given to her for free, the doctors ran and checked her condition several times a day, when they realized that the temperature was not dropping stubbornly, they gave an injection and brought vinegar to make compresses (in general, a huge plus to the sanatorium for the assistance provided) and after 4 days she was already normal, and even managed to go skiing for a couple of days))) So. the result - for the treatment (especially the included cost! ) - excellent.
4. Service. The maids, waitresses - everything is fine, no complaints. As for the reception, it all depends on the shift, some girls simply do not have enough experience. Well, it’s a little annoying to run to the cashier at the reception for coupons for fresh juices and teas, and all other procedures must first be paid at the reception. Those. if suddenly you want to drink fresh juice in a cafe on the way back from the medical building to the dormitory and you don’t have a coupon, then they won’t give you fresh juice...
5. Road. Getting to the sanatorium is, in principle, normal, but leaving back (for example, to Ivano-Frankivsk) is somewhat stressful. Especially if you are traveling alone (taking a taxi is also not cheap, 350 UAH). Since the buses are passing, they may simply not stop, even if the reception calls back to the bus station in Rakhiv. Therefore, to everyone who wants to leave by the 43rd train to Kyiv, I recommend not to take risks and be sure to try to take the Mukachevo bus, which passes near the sanatorium at about 12-00. Because alas, the Tyachevsky bus, which goes later, simply did not stop (we had one person who left earlier and it turned out so sadly... ) Well, if a whole company leaves you, then there are no problems - you agree at the reception and everything is OK)))

6. Well, the most important thing that interested us the most was skiing and Bukovel. On the site of the resort it is written that they have a shuttle service. But only if there are enough applicants! Until December 29, there were practically no applicants (everyone was mostly treated, the contingent, respectively, was far from skiing)... And an individual transfer for 400 UAH. (passenger car) and 600 UAH. (minibus) I somehow consider it a little expensive... But you can also get there by public transport. Which is what we did))) Yes, about half an hour longer, but still real. the two of us got on a minibus (any one that goes to Yves-Frank. ), drove to the turn to Bukovel, then voted for 5-10 minutes and we were picked up by a cheerful company in a minibus (thanks to the driver and the whole company for not being against it); Well, we immediately asked the same driver to pick us up and back, especially since they were driving to Yablunytsya, and this is on the way to the sanatorium and it is more convenient to catch passing vehicles to Rakhiv than at the turn to Bukovel. For the money it turned out (round trip) 47 UAH. per person Well, from December 29, finally, the possibility of an organized transfer appeared - a company from Russia joined us and this became our main backbone))) and 2-3 more people who change from time to time (hello everyone and thanks for the company! ) and we were on a minibus with the driver Misha (many thanks to him - everything was clear and well-coordinated, and he brought me and picked me up to the necessary lifts, and in general - just a nice person! ) We went to Bukovel every day))) We left at about 7-30 and managed to no problem morning deals! Skis were rented in Yasiny (on a tip from the sanatorium), and at Bukovel itself at morning discounts - the price turned out to be the same (on Buka they took a set of cat. C). There were practically no traffic jams, only on January 3rd we had a little bit of difficulty to take skis before 9-00, but still managed))) In general, despite the weather, we managed to have a great ride, there were much fewer people on Buka than last year , prices also didn’t rise much (at least for New Year’s rentals! ), Well, with promotional lift tickets, we also had everything OK)))
7. New Year's banquet - did not take, because price 750 UAH. seemed a little overpriced, plus we have been to the Carpathians more than once for the New Year and all these Hutsul dance songs did not cause much interest. We watched the fireworks anyway (although the heavy fog spoiled the impression a little), well, those who were at the banquet said that everything was delicious, but it would be better if all this food was distributed to the rest of their stay in the sanatorium)))
8. Excursions. I was only on foot in the vicinity of the sanatorium (when the weather allowed), I didn’t go on the bus, because. something they did not recruit the required number of people, and the rains interfered...
Well, in general, they were satisfied with the rest (despite the food), but for skiing in Bukovel, they came to the conclusion that it was still far away (even despite the excellent transfer to Bukovel).
