We returned from the sanatorium and rested in July 2011. We went to the sanatorium after buying into their beautiful site. Faced with the fact that there are no qualified neuropathologists, orthopedic surgeons in the sanatorium. Reception is conducted by specialists of a very "broad" profile - therapists. Procedures are appointed according to the principle - pay and everything will help you. The manager, Tamara Petrovna, did not bother to stop talking on her mobile phone even during the reception. Many of the declared services, such as hirudotherapy, acupuncture, honey massage, are not available. The food at the resort is disgusting. A side dish of sticky porridge with tender meat, cabbage salads for breakfast and lunch prevails. The sanatorium has a bar, but you can make an order there, at best, only until 17.00. In the evening, you can only buy coffee, chocolates, beer there. And one can only dream of such luxury as ice cream in bowls, cocktails and salads. I want to warn Russian-speaking vacationers that the staff practically does not speak Russian. Girls administrators also do not speak Russian. We lived in a family one-room suite (4th floor) with a large bed and a sofa. I don’t advise using the sofa as an additional place, it disassembles in front and you have to sleep in the pits. There are no mosquito nets on the windows. The bathroom is large, but in our room there was no heating and when it gets cold it is not possible to wash. There were also problems with water, it was periodically turned off without warning. The elevator in the sanatorium did not work systematically, although there are many people with leg diseases among the vacationers. The territory is protected but not equipped. On the positive side, I want to note the excursions, they are conducted in Russian. But the bus is not suitable for long routes: there is no air conditioning, the seats do not recline, there are no armrests. In conclusion, I want to say that the Carpathians are wonderful, but the service and treatment in the sanatorium leave much to be desired.
