УЖАС!!! HORROR!!!

We rested with my family in the summer in July 2015. HORROR!! ! The photos on the site are very well done, but . . they are 20 years old! There is NO animation for children - the unfortunate Nata, on whom everything was hung up, is simply never in place (or rather, she spends most of her time on excursions and hikes). All left to themselves! Nature is amazing! BUT ON THIS PLUSES ALL END. In the junior suite, a shower with oilcloth is just awful! there is nowhere to turn around, it is impossible to wash!! ! air conditioning - no: you can just die from the heat. We were advised to make a draft - and it was not difficult: the lock in the room was broken and it did not close. After our remark, no one rushed to repair it. . ))) BED. For a week of our stay with children, no one offered us to change the bed in this JUNIOR SUITE and at least wipe the floor from dust !! ! There are no refrigerators! there are no air conditioners in the rooms, even suites and junior suites, there are no wardrobes - but thanks to a few hangers hanging on a hook. . ))) SAUNA - I won't even comment: in the summer the pool was closed, the towels and sheets that were brought to us were of a real gray color from old age. . . like floor rags. RESTAURANT. . ))) I smile: one name: it doesn’t even pull on a cafe! The food is disgusting. on the day of arrival, they wanted to look at the food and decide: order three meals a day for the entire period - or choose every day. We were not allowed to do this. Immediately, without even letting us try the food, they said: either pay - or don't pay. As you understand, we were scared because of the children and ordered. . . which they later regretted. MENU at the height of the vegetable season - except for pickles, nothing else was given. Bluish porridge, soup with one meatball, eggs with bread and butter for breakfast. . . THAT'S HORRIBLE !! ! We then went to a nearby hotel to eat for a fee - it was cheaper and tastier and more choice. In general, the food is HORRIBLE!! ! TOURS. Why pay money for a trip to the sources, if any resident will tell you about them, show and tell you completely free of charge - but this is everyone's business. BATHING IN TUNS. cost 300 UAH for 4 people. and these vats were located 2 km. . at a neighboring base. CONCLUSION: Rest next year for the same money as in "Altan" - but humanly and with normal conditions we will go a little further. . ))) By the way, the base is called "Carpathian Mountains" and is located on the road to Turku on the right side, 2 km from "Altana". If you have already arrived on the terrible road to Rozluch, it’s better to stop at the Sobin base and feel like a person - and you can ride a bungee in Altana a couple of times for 40 UAH for half an hour. . ))) BEAUTIFUL PLACE WITH AMAZING AIR, THIS VILLAGE ROZLUCH, SILENCE, MOUNTAINS. SOURCES, FOREST, RIVER.... Just don't spoil your vacation with "Altana" - the owners are not worried about improving the conditions of the guests' stay at this base - but simply receive money by inertia. . . but for all our time staying and communicating with other guests - none of them, who came here for the sake of children's animation - will not come again! Nata - she is not iron - although she tries to be both an administrator, and a supply manager, and an accountant, and a guide. . but it is impossible to grasp the immensity. (((Unfortunately. Staff need to be interested in salaries - and guests in service. . . Without investing anything - a twenty-year base will not last long.....AND SOAP HOSTS: CHANGE YOUR LINEN!!! ! it's just awful!! ! The floorcloths in my house are cleaner !! !
