This hotel can be safely called the Wasp's Nest. And the administrator Nelya is to blame for this. Which gives one information about accommodation and recreation, but in fact everything is much worse and different. This summer I came from Odessa to relax in this hotel and after staying there for four days I realized that everything was absolutely wrong, as the administrator gave me information on the phone, I decided to go to another hotel. The remaining money was not returned to me in full, but allegedly calculated a penalty. In the sense that clients called her and there were no free rooms, although half of the hotel was not populated. The food is very expensive and tasteless. And still it was necessary to have supper no later than 17.30. It feels like in a pioneer camp, it remains only to hold a line. There are no basic things in the room, like an electric kettle, not to mention a refrigerator. Very bad aftertaste.
