I visit this hotel several times a year. Basically for a couple of days at the weekend, I already have a discount as a regular customer. The last time two weeks ago, my wife and I got distracted. We always stay in the "Suite" room - quiet, calm, no extra eyes and ears. Nature is just wonderful! The air is clean, it is so quiet at night that it is impossible to fall asleep on the first day (we fall asleep with the TV on), but we sleep well. The rooms are pretty decent, cleaning every day, white towels, bed linen too. Of course, this is not at home, but there were never any problems with pillows and blankets. Water is cold, hot all the time, heating too!!!
Last year, we celebrated the New Year in the company, there were 7 days, so they twisted the batteries, or opened the window, and this was at -10 on the street !! ! True, while they thought of booking, our favorite room was occupied, they took one-room standard rooms in the main building. Also not bad. True, here with sound insulation a little worse, you can hear slamming doors and walking along the corridor, but at night it’s the same silence and you can hear a stream flowing nearby. My wife constantly disappears in the medical building, either for massage, or baths, or a beautician, I like to fish more (there is a lake, I always carry tackle with me, although you can rent it), or play tennis, or just lie near the telly By the way, the medical building is open until 5 pm, unlike in other sanatoriums until 2 pm, if desired, some procedures can be taken later. There is Wi-Fi at the reception, super, you can sit on a laptop for at least a day !!!
I liked the New Year's program very much! And to us and friends, this year the company is not going, otherwise we would definitely come here again. If you are interested, write, I'll tell you... True, there was no snow, but we went to Bukovel to ride - 150 km. 2 hours by car and you are in paradise! Only three of us rode, that's why we chose the hotel so as to please everyone. The wives stayed in Carpathia and went to the procedures.

Regarding the service: in general, not bad, the staff is friendly and all issues can always be resolved. Of course, nuances happen, especially in a restaurant, but this is life and we are all people... Everything is resolved calmly. Although, honestly, I don’t remember anything so deadly... Drive calmly, you won’t regret it.
