The family rested this summer in the Carpathians. They were treated and ate in the sanatorium "Shayan", and lived in "Smerichka". The hotel is normal and not expensive, but no more. Part of the staff likes to drink during their free and working hours, often with residents. The rooms were not cleaned for all 11 days of our stay, also with bed linen and towels (towels were changed only on request and with great favor). The good thing was that the hotel was new and negligent maids did not have time to spoil it. The price is really high for the services provided. The work of the cafe deserves a higher rating, but the kebab was prepared for us inedible. All these comments are more related to the service staff, as the hotel and cafe managers are very nice and caring people. I would like to wish them to select personnel more carefully. Have a nice holiday everyone!
