The territory is without fences, there is no feeling that it is squeezed by houses like in other cottages (those that are closer to the sanatorium are 5 acres each, and the houses are one close to the other. ). In the house on the 1st floor there is a fireplace and a folding sofa for 2-3 people, on the 2nd floor there are two rooms:
in 1 - one double bed
in 2 - two single beds, shifted together + 1 more bed-mattress
