Everything is fine except for soundproofing and huge gaps between the logs.

The hotel is located at the end of the village at its highest point. A normal road of asphalt and paving stones goes up to the very gate. Quite a steep climb towards the end. The house itself is divided into two parts with different owners (the aforementioned Pan Oleksandr owns the left half). Each part has one double (1st floor) and two triple (2nd floor) rooms. We lived on the right side on the second floor. Each room has a private bathroom and TV. There is no Internet. Each half has a small kitchenette with one fairly large refrigerator. In the corner, you can only heat up and serve food, as there is no stove, even an electric one. A normal shared kitchen (for 6 rooms) is located in the basement of the building, which is also a technical room and a pantry where you need to go down the street. There is also a washing machine. In the courtyard there is parking for 4-5 cars and a large gazebo with a stove and a large table. The courtyard is closed by automatic gates from the remote control. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the forest, but the forest is on a slope and just walking will not be very comfortable.
General impression: If fresh air, a beautiful (very) view and remoteness from the highway are more important for you than average comfort, then you can safely go. The price for a triple room in August 2016 was 300 UAH.
Of the minuses, this is a distant kitchen, very poor soundproofing of wood (even a quiet conversation behind the wall is heard), creaky floor. The condition of the house is also bad. The logs were very skewed over time and in some places such cracks formed that you could stick your fingers through. Doors and windows also led, respectively, they open hard and with a creak. On the left side, it seems that repairs were made, but definitely not on the right.

PS. Initially, we dealt with Alexander, from whom we wanted to rent a house in his half of the log house (I just wanted a house made of wood). But he did not have a place and he offered another new house with the same conditions (according to him). Upon arrival, it turned out that the rooms do not even have washbasins. A bathroom is one for three rooms. There is no house territory and normal parking either. In the morning I freaked out, not sleeping because of the construction site under the window and went to look for another place to live and purely by chance I found Smerekov's hut. It turned out that on the right half it was still free, but Alexander did not even hint about it, although he could have lost to the “competitor”. In general, we moved out of him... So he rashly took and kicked out our friends with whom we arrived and who, in principle, were satisfied with everything. Here he is Pan Oleksandr. Know! =)
