This year we decided to spend our holidays in the Carpathians - abroad is expensive. After browsing the Internet, we stopped at Svyatoslav. One could not understand: why such conflicting reviews? They concluded that most likely the hotels Edelweiss and Svyatoslav are close by, so the competitors are watering each other with mud.
Arrived. The area, of course, is very beautiful, well-groomed, except that the zoo, there is a smell oh-oh, especially from raccoons. The conversation with the number is separate. He certainly saw the scenery. Towel 3 pieces for two, washed and washed, with holes and stains. There is no roll of spare toilet paper (then the maid was caught all day when the paper ran out to bring). In general, there are no bath accessories, including basic soap.
It was very funny 3 days later, when in the process of brushing teeth turned off the water and then the light.

The man could not get the staff to get even a little water to finish washing, the hostess turned off the phone. As a result, went to type in the river. At breakfast we were told that tea could not be made because there was no water. The bread was not brought, saying that it was also over and they just followed him. It should be noted that breakfast is included in the room rate.
After several times brought to us for dinner frankly stale food (in fairness, it should be noted that when we were outraged about one of them, already clearly missing, we removed it from the cost of the bill), we changed our minds to eat directly in this hotels and began to look for other options, which, in general, is not so simple, because in the neighboring village of a shop or a regular cafe, we did not find, so we ate at various neighboring cafes and restaurants at hotels (names will not be written Not to be counted as advertising).
We would most likely have moved to another hotel, but the hostess took the full amount from us for all the days ahead, as soon as we crossed the threshold.
An even bigger problem for us was the lack of transport interchanges and any excursions. You can walk around the hotel and the surrounding park, well, for 3 days, then boredom. But excursions, if you want, you have to do yourself. If you decide to go through Lviv - it will not work, there are excursions at 7-8 am, and you still do not get from Skole to Lviv, even if you leave on an early bus (although the distance is small, but the time on the road through roads 3.3. 5 hours, the train is faster, but there is no train-train again to arrive so early).
Therefore, the verdict is as follows: the hotel is good for weekends for those who live nearby. He, in principle, is focused on this, because the people are only on the weekends, and then only the staff.

And they won't even bring you a menu, because: "There are no people now, so there is this and that, and that's it. " And yes, if you do not tolerate extraneous noise, then you are not here either, because the roar of freight trains at night will not let you sleep (but all hotels have the same problem). On the way back on the train we met people who were resting in a completely different place, where the price included food, and excursions for every day, and entertainment in the evenings. Again, I will not deliberately write the title so as not to be perceived as advertising. Who needs - look for a holiday in the Carpathians with excursions. Have a nice holiday everyone!
