ROOMS. They lived in the standard (attic). The room is very clean! Everything is new. Cleaning on request. There is a kettle. Minus - when it's hot, it's very hot. Shutters on the window would not hurt. The bed is large, comfortable, but creaking.

The hotel itself is very stylish, everything is in perfect condition, the maids are not visible, but the cleanliness is sterile : )

PERSONNEL. Administrator Irina is always on site, very gentle and friendly. Pleasant director Svetlana, who kindly tried to resolve all our misunderstandings. Wonderful masseur Vasily - a wonderful massage! Worth a try and relax) Waitress girls are also cute and friendly, bring food in minutes.

TERRITORY. Big, clean, clean. But there are few gazebos for so many residents.

The fee for the gazebo - 100 UAH (even if it is written in the rules), you see, a sign of "bullshit", it would be worth including it in the room rate or make benches in the area so that everyone had enough. We come to admire the mountains and nature, not to sit in a room. On the summer terrace of the hotel there is not enough space for everyone (Minus: There was no backlight in the evening and at night, and I would like to see my car in the parking lot and sit in the evening on the hotel floor.

FOOD. We included breakfast and dinner. Portions are large, hearty, the dishes are mostly delicious, although once the pepper was boiled (photo attached); Men may not have enough meat dishes, so be prepared that additional orders need to work in advance (for dinner at lunch). By the way, with an early vision we made good "dry rations" with us. With the menu order, everything is very strict - all only by pre-order. After 21 bar the restaurant is closed. Sent to neighboring cafes.
But I came to this hotel and after an active hour in the mountains, the desire to look for a place for evening gatherings is neither strength nor desire! Not for the first time in Slavsk, but such an early closing of the restaurant was not met. Had to go to bed after dinner (

CONCLUSION. Good hotel for family vacations or lovers of peace and quiet. If you are a fun company or a young couple who also wants to have fun or sit to music in a restaurant - it is better to choose another place. It is very strict here with evening leisure, after dinner - dark and quiet) When we settled in the room, we just read the rules of living (on several pages) immediately felt the tension as if in the army. No one was going to shout, but I would like to spend more time, more relaxed and fun in the hotel, and we had a very boring vacation.
This is our vision, we may not be your target audience. In other hotels, similar rules were not met, despite the fact that no one was defeated during the holiday. I would like these rules to be more correct and flexible for vacationers, then there will be no extra stress, and there will be many times more people wanting to stay in a hotel!
