Have a nice day at this hotel with friends. The hotel is beautiful and the interior as well, but not particularly on the balconies near the corners a lot of cobwebs and dust, I would like the owner to pay attention to this. In our room you could hear what people were talking about in the dining room and how to call the phone in vibro mode in the next room! imagine!
We were also not ready for the fact that the room does not have a bathroom, which we were not warned about.
The price included breakfast and dinner, so we still spent 2 days eating at the hotel.
The food is wonderful, not tasty, it is not clear what it is made of.
They cook in the basement of the dining room, so all the smells reach the guests and on the way to breakfast they whet the appetite.
Do not read reviews on booking, a normal person, at least can not like this food.
Maybe the rooms are really better, but they will cost more than 700 UAH and do not justify their price.
I say this with confidence because on vacation we met 2 different companies that rented cottages in Slavske for 150 UAH per person. I hope you find my feedback helpful.

Our train arrived early in the morning at 7 o'clock. We (3 families with 2 children and a pregnant girl for 7 months) arrived at the hotel around 7-30. There was nothing to hide the dissatisfaction of the owner. He said that all rooms are occupied, check-in after lunch. We started asking to leave at least the bags. Persuaded. The bags were left in the sauna room. They barely begged him to let us in at least some room to warm up, since with children in the cold before dinner we will simply chill. Not without difficulty, but persuaded.
Is it really impossible to provide for a comfortable arrangement of guests for an early check-in? Or are we the only ones who arrived on the morning train from Kyiv?!
2. The so-called deluxe or family room.
We bought discount coupons on the Pokupon website. Such a discounted room cost for two 2239 UAH for 3 days and 2 nights.
The room, except for the second room (which we didn’t need for 2 people at all), CANNOT be classified as a Suite or a Family! The inspector would have shot himself when he saw this squalor!
Most of all I was struck by the bathroom!
The shower tray was completely broken. When taking a shower, in the bathroom, the water was bone-deep.
We invited Ruslan (the owner of the establishment) to look at this spectacle. To which he shrugged and said: "We will do everything, but after the holidays. "
It doesn’t fit in my head - how can you even accommodate guests in SUCH a room and call it LUX at the same time ?!
My husband asked for silicone or glue to glue the tray in the shower at least for the duration of our stay. To which Ruslan solemnly gave us a mop for cleaning the bathroom. To say we were shocked is an understatement!
3. Doors in rooms, entrance doors, interior doors - this is a completely different story.
Since all the doors in the hotel are made of wood, over time, they apparently led. To close any door, it was necessary to make a lot of effort...
