Vacationing with my husband and friends. We had 1 regular room and 1 superior room. Differences: the improved one had a slightly better TV, a sofa and a table with chairs. in the usual - a balcony. Everything else is the same.
Advantages and disadvantages:
+very close to ski lift
+ the kitchen is just superb. And the preparation and serving
+ The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
+ a bathroom with hot water, regardless of the time of day. (Just let it leak for a minute) and located directly in the room.
+ heat in the room
+ in the bathroom there were several packages of soap and shampoo, toilet paper
+ working TV and Wi-Fi
+ billiards and tennis (in the absence of others who want to play from neighboring rooms) unlimited.
+ a sauna on the territory of the hotel with a cozy dressing room, a pool with cold water and access to the snow. Also shower
+ there is a refrigerator on the floor

Separately, many thanks for the settlement much earlier than the deadline, in just 5 minutes. And also for answering a bunch of our questions and assisting in requests : )
- the closet in the room was a little "despondent" (squinted).
- wobbly shower holder.
But these are frank little things that did not cause trouble. Everything else functioned great.
