It all started with a meeting, or rather its absence. Knowing that people who paid them a 50% advance payment with a baby, they decided not to meet us. Arriving at night in a frost in a strange city, we had to participate in the quest "go right, go left...." But we still did not have time to cross the threshold of the house and sit down to breathe a sigh of relief, as they demanded an instant and complete payment from us !! ! I had to unpack our suitcases right from the doorstep to get the money... and you also didn’t look at the house! But after a sleepless night in a stuffy train with a child, after wind and frost, I wanted to get some rest as soon as possible. The kitchen smelled of sauerkraut, the smell coming from the basement. We had a TV, but the one in the common room turned itself off every 5 minutes, and the one in the room on the first floor caught two channels about the economy and about religion, I don’t want to. No soundproofing. You can hear who and when goes to the toilet or shower. On the first floor, the heating pipes were constantly noisy. And when the trains were coming, everyone woke up in wild horror, it seemed that we were living at the station. There was not enough warm water even to wash the baby. And we lathered washed off with cold water. The promised underfloor heating, hair dryer and iron were also not available. The cleaning lady came but not every day as promised to us. The house was chosen with a fireplace. We were promised that he was working. But as soon as we arrived and asked for firewood for the fireplace, we were forbidden to kindle it, as it is purely for the interior!! ! The landlady promised us free breakfasts, but that was just a lie! Nobody gave us breakfast! The hostess also said that there is now 6 cm of snow, but there was NO snow! And for a couple of days we did not have the opportunity to ski. And then we just went to Zakhar Berkut where cannons with artificial snow work. Mount Pogar is not so close as the hostess promises! Walk 20 minutes, no less. But they promised me that the mountain is right across the road! There is no electric kettle in the house, no microwave oven. We rented the entire house. It turned out that even during the day, friends do not have the right to come to us for tea !! ! But the end was the end of the holiday! They decided to KILL us OUT OF THE STREET !! ! On the last evening, a supervisor came and said that we were going and at 7 in the morning he would close the cottage with a key or pay more for what you will be until the evening! We paid for our stay on the 29th and our train was at 19.00. Why pay again on the 29th?? ? The argument was weighty, they say you settled in the morning, leave in the morning! We were told all this in a very rude way! And the fact that we have a pregnant woman and a baby with us is purely our problems! They don't care at all! And this despite the fact that no one moved into the house that day! It's not even about the money, but in relation to us! No humanity and hospitality! Stupidly decided on the last day to cut down more dough!
