We went to the Carpathians, but mostly in the summer. We've only been twice in the winter and there was no snow.
And this year we are very lucky! We kind of got into a winter fairy tale..... and even the hotel where we stayed gave the impression that we were visiting a forester, in a cozy wooden house!!!!
To be honest, when we were choosing where we would rest, we shoveled a lot of options, but in only one option - this is the Lis Mikita hotel - we got everything we wanted.
From the first call to the hostess, they were supported by care and attention until the end of their stay at this hotel. We were very well received by the staff. Quite attentive and nice people.

The cottages are located right next to the Polytech mountain, considering that we were with children, it was very convenient. Directly from the hotel you can go to the mountain. We rented skis near the hotel. On the territory of the hotel there is a barbecue, a gazebo, a swing for children. In one of the buildings there is tennis, a ski dryer, in the other there is a sauna. The territory is guarded, there is where to park the car.
We lived in a two-story cottage, rented 2 family rooms, which had everything for a comfortable stay (new furniture, a TV, a bathroom in the room, a kitchen with everything you need on the ground floor, a dining room, a cozy sofa and a TV). We were surprised that despite the fact that the temperature outside was below zero, we were warm enough.
It is possible to cook your own food, for this there is everything you need (stove, microwave, electric kettle, various utensils, etc. ). You can also order food. Very tasty food and very generous portions for a reasonable price. On the last day of our stay, they prepared a delicious barbecue for us.
In general, we were all very satisfied, we left with a lot of impressions and good mood. Make sure you made the right choice!
