Hotel ratings by criteria:
Rested with two families with small children. To be honest, there has never been a worse holiday in the Carpathians. It's about accommodation.
Pros:
- the food is good. It's a pity that there is almost no national cuisine. I cook goulash and pureekha at home. And yushka and compote are good)
- lifts nearby. Well, there was no snow and I had to go to Playa, but that's another story. The view is good.
The most memorable cons:
- Arrived on time. The money for the first day was paid. For the rest of the time they demanded money, not yet settling, while we stood with our suitcases and children in the lobby. But we agreed to wait until we lift the suitcases.
- in the "Lux" room of our friends, dead flies lay in abundance on the stained windows. It was remembered from their minuses.

- briefly about our "suite": a broken trash can, a broken toilet brush, towels smelling of flowers (this was my husband said, I didn’t smell it, to be honest), a leaky shower cabin (it’s a kick. They repaired it twice and didn’t fix it. They gave a rag and asked direct water only to a certain place. Neighbors also leaked, we had a lot of rain on the last day. To which the administrator Olga said that since it’s not flowing anymore, then “everything is good. ”
The bedspreads are dirty, especially one. Carpets are stained and dusty. For 6 days they did not vacuum (I did it three times on my own), the bed was not changed. That is already trifles.
And yes, audibility kapets. Above us, a drunken company was noisy and stomping until late every day and this did not bother anyone, alas. And when going down the stairs in our room, the closet was shaking.

In principle, I understand that they will go there and many people like the hotel, but we don’t go there anymore.
