Pros:
1. Very good location, the feeling that you are right in the mountains. Morning mist, fir-trees and mountains from the window. No road or car noise.
2. Good service (administrator, waiters)
3. There is a tennis court
4. Decent breakfast (5 options to choose from, all good, included in the price)
5. Spacious room
6. Small base, family atmosphere, cozy
7. There are gazebos, you can drink coffee and eat there. We did so, and even in the rain we sat outside.
Minuses:
1. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, but there are mosquitoes in the evenings! And I had to sleep with the windows closed, it's good that there was no heat
2. Poor lighting in the rooms, and in all of them. Half of the bulbs are missing, not everything can be screwed in, because. wiring problems.
3. Sometimes interruptions in hot water. Since there was no hot water, however, then it quickly appeared (allegedly the electrician blew something), but there are suspicions that there are problems in the heating system

4. Tired repairs in the rooms (maybe they did 10 years ago), which in other respects slightly interfered with rest, there is a fix for the first three points.
5. Tasty cooking (does not apply to breakfast). For 60 UAH, it’s really possible to take the second one (lunch with the first and second plus coffee and tea will drag out for 70-80 UAH, the portions are small).
There were two of us plus a 5-year-old child, we took a junior suite for 570 UAH with breakfast, and ate another UAH for 300-350, we were not hungry. In general, it goes under 1000 per day, if you do not deny yourself coffee / tea and take lunch and dinner.
