Returned from this hotel. The impressions are the most positive. We booked through Pokupon, the operators mixed up the date of arrival (. From the large balcony there is a stunning view of the mountains. The room is clean, everything is polished. Separately, I want to admire the territory, everything is very well-groomed, the hostess watches every flower, and is also interested in the opinion of guests about the rest (it's nice). Also a big plus is the pool with sun loungers, on which there are always fresh large towels.
The food was very tasty and plentiful. Breakfast is offered: milk or dairy-free cereals, eggs, pancakes with jam, sliced sausage, cheese, butter, tea, coffee to choose from. Dinner: always first, second, uzvar. Everything is very tasty and satisfying. The waitresses served quickly and with smiles.
Separately, it is worth noting Kolyba: although there was nowhere to eat after dinner, I really wanted to try the local banosh, bograch, trout, etc. ))) They cook great, the prices are affordable (we have more in the Dnieper).

On New Year's Eve there was a feast, children were greeted by Santa Claus with the Snow Maiden, as well as live music and exquisite playing of wind instruments. The food for the New Year's banquet was deliciously prepared and we had enough of the standard menu (the cost of the banquet is UAH 1.200).
I was very pleased that the musicians then every night from 01.01 to 03.01 (I think before Christmas) raised the mood with good music in the hut.

Looks like potatoes this year did not disfigure. Such prices in institutions of regional centers can only be found above the average level. NO ONE of the staff (even the owners) say hello when they meet (only the cleaner and waitresses when they take the order).

Guests of 12 rooms can sit on the street, breathe the air only on 1 small bench, 1 adult swing bench and a small round bridge over a dirty puddle pond. Use of the gazebo - 50 UAH/hour. Those. slept, had breakfast, - and get out of the "smerekovoy hut". You can return for lunch and dinner.
Prices for coffee are the same as in the best coffee houses in Lviv, and the taste is like in bistros at railway stations. Vareniki with potatoes - 45 UAH!! ! Probably with ECO oil and ECO sour cream.
I also remembered about the black mold in the shower, about a bunch of UNUSED furniture in the room, about the absence even in the suite of a couple of tea/coffee bags and sugar

We couldn't sleep well all night. Requests to turn down the music were ignored until the bacchanalia was over. It all ended well after midnight, although the hotel rules forbid guests from making noise after 22:00. But apparently this rule does not apply to the administration and owners. Upon request, we were refunded the money for a night's stay, but staying at the hotel left an unpleasant aftertaste. This kind of customer service is disgusting!

4) Breakfast is served in the kolyba located next to the hotel. There are no complaints about the food: simple cuisine for a modest fee. But from the heating in the hut, there is only a wood-fired hearth. Ate right in jackets.
5) The hotel is far from the center. In two steps there is a lift ("Polytech") and a mediocre descent. You need to get to better routes by taxi, and this is 150-160 UAH one way on average (from the center to Mount Trostyan).
6) There were only 2 hangers in the wardrobe. There are a lot of useless furniture in the room. We were bribed by the fact that the size of the room, according to the descriptions, is large. So it is, but because of the unnecessary furniture there is nowhere to turn around.
