I’ll note right away that I’m not a demanding tourist, I’ve been to a lot of places, but I see such a collection of minuses in one hotel for the first time.
Of the pluses, one can note the nature surrounding the hotel.
Hotel Terem in Slavske is: - disrespect for residents; - uncleaned rooms; - unprofessional staff.

Rooms. Stayed in a deluxe room. The only plus is panoramic windows. There is no soundproofing. The gap between the floor and the door - two fingers.
The room was handed over with torn curtains, dust on the furniture, no glasses (at least plastic ones) and a kettle, stains on the carpet and sofa of unknown origin, pieces of paper and chewing gum in the battery, torn bathrobe. When contacting the reception with a request to give out at least a few glasses, the bartender girl replied that there was a restaurant!!!
The double bed is made up with two single-and-a-half sheets laid across, which is extremely uncomfortable for sleeping, even in a 1 * hotel, not to mention a suite in TEREME 4 *. A SHAME.
Dead flies in the chandelier in early spring, apparently last year's deposits.
For five days the room was never cleaned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
More advice. There is a tennis table on the second floor in the corridor, considering the soundproofing of the hotel, you will have to sleep between matches.
Restaurant - when ordering water, glasses are not served, tea bags (there is no other) are brought by staff in their hands and placed directly on the table, a sugar bowl with a common teaspoon, napkins are not even served with the order.
Breakfasts are one thing.
The staff is not friendly, the feeling that you constantly owe them something and ruined their day by coming to the hotel, they don’t greet you first.
