We rested at Christmas 2018, the water in the room stank of hydrogen sulfide.

We ordered a sauna in advance for two hours (according to the promotion, an hour is free for the second hour 250rn), so the shower cubicle did not work in the sauna. The staff swear among themselves in the kitchen in the presence of guests in the restaurant that the cook did not come out, the dishes were not washed.
The guests listened to everything, waited for their breakfast for 30-40 minutes, which the administrator brought in hastily, then they chopped the salad like dogs, then the dishes were not the ones they ordered.
Terrible hotel, no conditions, the attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired.
