Disappointed by the story, but not everything is so categorical. I want to speak for myself. This is my sixth time staying at this resort. The territory is well-groomed, park area, mini menagerie, lake, river, flowers - this is a must see!! ! The wonderful attitude of the staff, attentive maids, cleaning the rooms - every day. There is a safe in the room (we booked a one-room and two-room suite in the Suzirye building). I travel a lot, including abroad. I always keep all my valuables in a safe - this is a generally accepted rule that insures us against our own gullibility. By the way, I think that we should pay tribute to the management of the sanatorium for compensating you for damage (they could simply refer to the police, they say, “how they find it”). For me, "Kvitka" is a small paradise, and the water is really healing. Rest in "Kvitka" I recommend to all friends and acquaintances. We love this resort and can't wait to see you next time.
