We chose the Suzirya hotel not by chance! We read reviews, recommendations on the Internet, looked at photos, compared with Polonini's Kvitka and left our choice on this. We arrived at this hotel and we actually saw something completely different. The territory is nice, big and beautiful, the room itself with all amenities. But how I clean it leaves much to be desired! In the bathroom, only surface cleaning, as well as in the room. On the official website they write one thing, in fact it is completely different. Basic procedures they are basic! What doctors really need and recommend for a fee and costs a lot of money! Considering the base ticket. Swimming pool for residents paid! It doesn't fit in at all! There is no sauna. Gym. . . This is a separate case. Only one name, simulators, if you can call them that, are either junk or broken. Nutrition. . . You can eat either in Suzirya hotels, or choose a buffet in Kvitka Polonini. The choice of the menu is very poor, no variety of meat dishes, every day everything is the same! And this is a FOUR STAR hotel! You can write and describe a lot and for a long time. . . Therefore, before choosing this particular vacation, think several times, so as not to be disappointed later !! !
