Before arriving, I asked the administrator Vasyl what was included in the package. To which I was told that it included treatment, accommodation, meals on the menu and a warm pool, etc. (since I was with my child for 4 years, this is an important issue for me). I paid for 8 days of rest. We stayed for 6 days, the meals were not on the menu, the child had to eat what they gave, the pool was cold with chemicals that led to poisoning, the vat was open during construction on the street, there is no treatment except for the salt room, only by calling the doctor personally and paying a small fee, which they do not inform about in advance. I asked Vasyl if I could leave and if they would refund me the money for the 2 days that I paid, he indicated that it was not a problem and that I should send him my account number on Viber, but he has not refunded me the money to date. There are 2 families like us.
I ask for a refund for 2 days.
