We all wish our children health and for the sake of it we are ready for many achievements. I asked many visitors to the mine how much she helps them. They often gave a positive answer. I want to remind you that the descent is allowed only from 6 years old. It seems that these natural conditions treat asthmatic and allergic problems. This is evidenced by long-term observations.
I was advised to go to the Solotvino mines by my aunt, who suffers from asthma for life. Even in Soviet times, she was given a ticket from the city there once a year for 10 years. And according to her stories, she then breathed easily and freely, almost flying.
I already wrote in that article that the lakes and the village are polluted (a nightmare! ) by tourists, and the administration cannot cope with this. The resort is quite clean.

All of our children had problems with nutrition. Diarrhea, abdominal pain and more than once. We ate in the canteen of the resort. The management took no action. I have already decided that if I go again, we will eat with my daughter in a restaurant, and have tea with a sandwich or cottage cheese in the room for breakfast. Milk and cottage cheese can be bought nearby in private houses, and the rest in the store. Prices in restaurants are not biting, they also cook decently.
Now my advice ; ) You should go to Solotvyno at least once. And look at the result for yourself. There are also wonderful resorts in Bulgaria, such as Sandanski. There is a unique climate and treatment for our children. And in Poland and Romania there are the same salt mines. Abroad costs 25 thousand rubles more than Ukraine.
There is an even easier method. In some regional sanatoriums (not necessarily southern) there are salt rooms (halochambers). We've tried everything.
