Polite, smiling and attentive staff who do not sort things out with each other and do not discuss "personal" problems. At night, too, if necessary, do not yell: "SOS", the receptionist is always there. The cuisine is excellent - everything is fresh, portions are decent, served beautifully, the greens are not wilted. Good multi-course breakfasts. . . I'm not a "fan" of okroshka, but I ordered it out of curiosity. . . It's SOMETHING! I have never tasted more delicious! Their homemade strawberry jam also deserves special attention! Room prices may seem a little "high", but food prices will absolutely "calm" your wallet. The masseur Sergey is a PROFESSIONAL with a medical education. . . unobtrusive, attentive and calm. . . A separate "Thank you" to the manager Olga for the atmosphere in the hotel, and for the properly built work, and for the staff.
