This story could have happened in any city and at any time, but it so happened that it happened to us and exactly where it happened - "at Arthur's" in the village. Solochin.
I am writing a review only because when planning a vacation, we draw ourselves a picture of an “ideal vacation” without everyday problems, but only “relaxation”, especially the surrounding nature and mineral water of Transcarpathia contribute to this. But arriving at the place (ordered in advance and prepaid) it is not always possible to avoid everyday problems on vacation. The situation with the rest in the village. Prepayment - 40% (paid 3 months before the holiday)
The price agreed in May, upon arrival, turned out to be invalid and was raised by 11% (fortunately, there was an SMS with confirmation of the previously agreed price)
But the most interesting thing is that in May they gave us 12.5% more than they offered to other vacationers during our stay!! ! (it's a business)
Accommodation - 2 - double rooms with private facilities (toilet, shower and washbasin),
2 and 3 bed rooms with shared toilet, shower and washbasin.
Room cleaning - in fact, it turned out that vacationers have to clean the rooms themselves.
Animals in the rooms - cobwebs and spiders in the corners under the ceiling and on the chandeliers
TVs are in every room with a good set of programs, but... in one room the TV did not work.
Refrigerator - in double rooms with private facilities and in the kitchen.
Towel - there was not a single towel in any room !!! , I had to buy it at the nearest market.
Toilet paper - after the end, I bought it at my own expense.
Trash can (from the toilets) - vacationers must throw it away on their own, since we arrived with our own garbage bags.
Air freshener in the toilet - they used their own deodorant, there is no exhaust ventilation, only an open window.
Showers - there is hot water, but... due to the remoteness of the boiler, you have to wait a long time for hot water. Fungal mold available.
The kitchen has a separate entrance from the street, in the summer it does not cause much inconvenience, but I think in the cold periods of the year the irritation will be noticeable.
There are dishes, but... for the first use, I had to wash all the dishes, because after the previous vacationers it remained “sticky” (most likely, the owners do not wash the dishes before the guests arrive, but rely on the cleanliness left from the previous vacationers).
Sink - the drain is clogged or not properly done, the sink was constantly filled and it took a long time to wait until this “pool” resolves.
There are spoons and forks, but there is a problem with knives! There are only 2 knives in the kitchen (one sirloin and one table knife, both are so sharpened that they will soon become an awl) !! ! If one family is resting, there are enough knives, but what if there are 2 families? What if there are 3 families? and everyone starts cooking at the same time? ! Steaks certainly cannot be cooked - there is nothing to eat.
Cutting board - one (wooden), with all the ensuing consequences (meat, fish, vegetables and bread - the board is super versatile)
No teaspoons! You can use canteens or coffee - there are already 2 of them !!!
In a word - if you want comfort in the kitchen, bring everything of your own.

Wi-Fi - not in the house, only on the street and then only in one place.
The use of gazebos is convenient and soundly made. Nice to rest. (But... we were limited only until 23:00, the argument was as follows - an elderly grandmother lives on the estate and we interfere with her and our neighbors with our gatherings (when booking, we were not warned that we would live in the same yard with an elderly person which can be disturbed during the day by our frolicking children, and in the evening by our rest in the gazebo). Be prepared for the fact that in the evening you will be limited in the duration of the evening "relaxation". Of course, we tasted the local wine (which is sold by the owners), but... for a good snack and in small doses (we, with small children, came to relax and drink mineral water)
Brazier - the barbecue area is made soundly and with high quality, but... unfortunately the brazier was not completed or we simply did not receive the necessary equipment for installing skewers, and the grate was adapted from the refrigerator with installation on additional bricks, it was very difficult to cook meat with high quality.
In the "menu" the brazier is listed as included in the price, but... in fact, the first time we were told that this was a gift for our large company (a rented house of 4 rooms), the second time we were charged 100 UAH per evening (this cost included 8 small logs, frying meat for 6... 8 adults is quite problematic in terms of cooking "on bricks"). For the third time, we were given a condition - no more than 2 hours (at the same time, one more family did not use the barbecue - we were simply limited in using the barbecue area)
To the question - is the use of the barbecue included in the rental price of the house (as indicated in the advertisement)? - the answer was - NO, advertising on the site is not agreed with the owners of the estate, and firewood is now expensive. The provided firewood, in appearance, was quite old and did not produce high-quality coals, but only ash. For comparison, a bundle of firewood made of hardwood in the Odessa supermarket costs 39.90 UAH.
