Great hotel. Many places in the Carpathians rested with friends and family. But "Arnica" is a place of rest where you want to return again and again (five times already). So, cleanliness is great! ! ! ! ! Not only in the rooms, but throughout. Service - as they say "let's do whatever you want" and that's it.

So, cleanliness is great! ! ! ! ! Not only in the rooms, but throughout. Service - as they say "let's do whatever you want" and that's it. The hotel has everything for the whole family or company. Transcarpathian cuisine is delicious in the hut. The variety of dishes is outrageous. Also a large bar. There are also colorful tinctures. If someone tells you that it's bad in Arnitsa, don't believe it! ! ! ! ! I will love to come here again !!! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

The hotel is not cleaned, the service is quite bad (the room was not even dusted before arrival and there were hairballs on the floor), the restaurant has a boorish attitude, rather high prices compared to neighboring establishments and you have to wait a very long time for an order. We have been resting in Arnika not for the first year, we always come in May with our family for the holidays. But on this visit, we were very disappointed by many factors: - we were not very welcome at the reception, although we have been regular customers of this institution for 3 years, to be honest, the attitude seemed boorish.

- it was cold, they wanted to order a bath and forgot about us, the bath was not melted and not cleaned, in the final situation we refused and went to have dinner. But it didn’t end there, in Koliba we weren’t expecting a catch with a table of places, we weren’t warned that we needed to book a table in advance, we asked when we could come up or order to the room, but we don’t know when it will be free and we won’t be able to take a lot of people bring you dinner to your room!! ! The problem with tables and service was waiting for us throughout the rest !! ! Very disappointed, we went further, we don’t know if it’s worth returning to our beloved Arnica, the nature is beautiful, the place is wonderful, but the service and staff want to be better !!! !

The hotel is a very good administrator Kostya. But Kolyba is bad for them. I recommend the hut "Na Ditsu Do Tsimbora" on the way to the lake. Great place, great interior. Delicious and hospitable. Prices are inexpensive, but worthy of the quality of food. The atmosphere in the institution is great.

We rested with a company of four in the nearby "Berlog". We went to Arnika to eat all 5 days that we were on Synevyr - we liked the cozy territory, good service and the food itself. But, unfortunately, on August 13, three people who ordered the same dish - potatoes with mushrooms, were poisoned. They suffered until the morning, they already wanted to call an ambulance, but there seems to be no hospital in Synevyrskaya Polyana, so they saved themselves with pills.

We went to the lake every day from the hotel

We were on an excursion to Kosino - a lot of positive impressions, be sure to visit. The ticket costs 350 gr for 3 hours but it's worth it. Not far from the hotel (10 km) there is a rehabilitation center for bears, also worth a visit. Go short, you won't regret it

We fell in love with this hotel at first sight! The service is wonderful, the place is amazing! We rented 2 suites (two couples). Any questions that arose were resolved very quickly. Special thanks to Vladimir for his attentiveness and responsiveness. Now we will definitely travel with children))

Expensive vegetables in "Kolyba". One cucumber costs 18 gr. and this is in August at their price of 6gr. per kg on the market. The waiters are attentive, the food is tasty and fresh. The pool has only three sun loungers and two benches with 60 seats. The rest at least bedding on the tile lodge. Administrator Kostya is an administrator from God.

The transfer from Volovets to the hotel is not really organized, so it turns out to be very expensive. Nature is wonderful. We had a good rest, but we will not come again.

3. Polite and friendly staff. Sincere thanks to Victor and Vitaly for the excellent service! Administrator Vladimir is always ready to help everyone! Thank you for the excursions that diversified our holiday.
