Synevyr met us with rainy and cool weather. We were looking for housing, looked at several places and, walking, came to the Synevyr Lake TOK. In principle, the hotel is not bad, there are some minor flaws and I would like a little cheaper.
We were met by the administrator, showed a couple of free rooms (with all the wishes, like, I want a double bed, a different view from the window).
Situation:
+ The rooms have really new good furniture,
+ updated plumbing,
+ partial repair was made (walls were leveled and painted to the standard),
+ the bed is also new,
+++beds with an orthopedic mattress (now I want one to go home).
- windows of the old type (i. e. not metal-plastic). It didn’t bother us at all, but in winter there can be a draft).

Hot water (really hot) - morning, evening and night; hours from 11 to 16 - warm. We were told that the heating would be turned on for the night, but on the first night it was quite cool, the pipes were barely warm (although, in my personal opinion, many suffer from this, including 3 * hotels and private cottages in the Carpathians). The next night the director solved this problem for us - it was quite comfortable. It is necessary to introduce the habit of always specifying in advance the minimum temperature in the room in degrees.
There is no unpleasant smell and other horrors, which were written about here 2 years ago, now. However, the USSR sometimes peeps through.
Cleanliness: the administration should take note (removing the little things is easier than replacing the windows in the complex, and they can spoil the whole impression more) we had an empty water bottle under the table, the glasses turned out to be dirty - the rest of the room is clean, including plumbing, etc. , but still. . .
Things that are not disadvantages, but could be improved: - add chairs so that you can sit on the balcony, - towel hooks in the bathroom, - cosmetic set, bedside lamps.
In general, a standard room looks like this: in the hallway there is a hanger with a mirror with a shelf, a wardrobe with hangers and shelves, a door to the su and to the room; room - 2 single or 1 double bed with bedding and towels, table, TV stand, door to the balcony; bathroom - sit-down bath (old restored) with shower and curtain, toilet (new), washbasin (old) with a new faucet, Soviet tiles on the walls, wastebasket; from the hygiene kit there is soap and toilet paper. The hotel has a large area, beautiful views, silence, table tennis in the building.
In general, we were quite satisfied with the hotel. For 1 * 8 on a 10 point scale.
