What can I say, we came as a family of 4 people. 2 children. There is no one at the reception, but there is a sign on which numbers to call. In the future, no one sat at the reception. So from time to time someone came for half an hour.
Settled in a suite, two-story with a steep staircase. There is dust, cobwebs in the room, mold and dirt behind the tap and washbasin. Of the hygiene items, only liquid hand soap. From the towels came a very sharp and unpleasant smell of powder or chemicals is not clear. There is a refrigerator, but there is no freezer, there is an electric kettle, but it flows, there is a TV, but after 5 days of our stay it broke and no one changed it for us, even after several reminders. The floor on the second floor, the doors to the bathroom, the spiral staircase to the 2nd floor creak. The lighting in the room is very dim. In the bathroom on the second floor and in the toilet on the first floor there are rugs covered in wool, dirty and unpleasantly smelling like dog or cat meat.
For 2 weeks of stay, we washed the floor 2 times and changed bedding and towels 1 time. There is no Wi-fi in the room, you need to go out into the hall and catch it. The speed is very weak, the Internet is very slow, and even hangs, not to mention the fact that something to upload.

There is a swimming pool on the territory, but the water is muddy and dirt around the edges of the pool. The conclusion is that the water does not change.
In terms of nutrition, it’s a mess in general. They wanted to eat in the hut, there was no meat, no fish, the bulk of the guests ate wherever they could, but not in the hut. To cook something yourself, there is a common kitchen with electric stove for one camphor. There are dishes.
