We had a rest at the end of September with a coupon bought on the SuperDeal website (with a 48% discount). The coupon included:
1. Accommodation in rooms of standard category for 2
2. Meals - breakfasts and parties for 2
3. Visiting the SPA-center * - 2 hours for 2 (or 4 hours for 1)
4. Billiards - 1 hour
5. WI-FI
Arrival time - from 14:00,
Departure time - until 12:00.
I'll start from the beginning.
1. Number
We arrived before 14:00, so we waited for check-in for another 3 hours, during this hour we noticed that there are almost no vacationers (not the season).
Previously, we could not be accommodated because all the rooms were occupied. However, when we settled near the room, it was obvious that no one was alive before us and there were people in the building except us. 5. It is unpleasant that they were deceived when they said that the rooms were occupied.
Upon arrival, we noticed that the toilet does not work (no water was collected in the tank), which proves once again that no one is alive in our room for a long time and at our request, we fixed the toilet for another 2 hours, although we could be forced to some from other empty rooms.
The room was to be: REFRIGERATOR, IRON, HAIR DRYER, ELECTRIC KETTLE.
There was nothing. The iron, hair dryer and kettle were brought to us when we asked, but the mug or glasses were not brought. We somehow managed without a refrigerator.
We lived on the 2nd floor, and above us, on the 3rd floor, also someone alive, you could hear everything that the neighbors upstairs were talking about, and even how someone was snoring at night.
Cleaning the room is just throwing out the trash. Nobody washed the dirty toilet that was being repaired. Our wet towels, which had nowhere to dry, were not replaced either.
2. Food
We ate only breakfast and evening - large portions, but not very tasty.
On the first day they ordered kebabs - I don't know how they cook it, but you see, we haven't eaten such muck for a long time - it's a kind of jam, cooked, certainly, not on the grill.
So the next days we went to the neighbors to TASTY to eat.
3. SPA-center
It's just a bath and pool - generally normal, although for the sauna could see some towels or sheets (especially since our towels were already wet)
Separate story with cards (keys to the room). We were given a card that matched all the other rooms. I do not know what cards are given to other guests, but it is alarming that any of the guests can enter the room.
The territory of the complex is not protected. At night, the building is open and anyone can enter the area, the more the building is above the road.

The only plus is the staff in the restaurant - friendly and pleasant guys, as well as beautiful scenery (although this is not the merit of the staff).
I don't know how the guests live there, because in the village of Tatars for such money can rest much better.
