Rested at the hotel "Olga" from 3 to 7 January 2011. What can I say... We came from Kyiv with a group of 16 adults and 4 children (9 months, 11 months, 1 year and 3 months, 6.5 years). We occupied 8 rooms in the SPA building. It began with the fact that the check-in scheduled for 12 o'clock for 2 rooms began at 15 o'clock and all this time we waited in the corridor. , el. teapot. Some rooms have a refrigerator. All double rooms consisted of single beds, which all shifted and toiled at the junction !! ! There is also a folding chair in the room - I would have known - I didn’t drag an air bed !! ! We lived with two children and in principle it was normal. The rooms are very warm, even when it was -18 outside we turned off the batteries. Hot water was around the clock. That was all the charms ended... The walls are so thin that when we turned off the light, to everyone's surprise we saw a light under the ceiling in the corner from the next room. Audibility - numbers 2-3 through and through - you can overexaggerate without going over without a cry. Since everyone was their own, it didn’t bother me much. If you say the floors creak - it's nothing to say. If someone got up at night to use the toilet, everyone knew about it! It stank very much from the drain of the shower cabin - we closed the drain and took some water. Some rooms have a shower. cabin was leaking.
The rooms have a mini-bar, but the prices in it are decently Kiev. For example, a bottle of Lö f beer -40 UAH. The owner of the complex is from Kiev! Garbage in general, at the end, they just put it in the corridor! Well, it’s understandable, because the administrator and the maid are one person, physically they didn’t have time. The hostess saves on staff to the fullest. On the first evening we went to eat in a restaurant and realized that you can only eat some dishes. Decent veal tenderloin on the grill and uzvar. Mushroom soup is no different from our mushroom soup. The next day, they cheated and went to the kolyba to change the cook. It did not work out !! ! All establishments (restaurant, kolyba) have one kitchen and the same menu - only the halls are different. The prices are heavenly, the quality of the handel, and for all this there are 2 waiters in soap and right there and the hostess Maria Vasilievna in person. In the hut an hour and 40 minutes later. after the order they brought the uzvar, and hot, even after a minute. 30-40 after a complaint to the hostess, they began to carry the main dishes. they brought a cold jar to a pot, which they then warmed up in the microwave. The hostess answered all the indignations only "everything is fine, it's okay! " When my husband began to tell her that in a decent place after such parties, customers are offered a discount or simply apologize, the hostess said that others will always take your place! Take tea, coffee, sugar with you - at the hotel a tea bag costs 12 UAH!!!
More!! ! There is no mobile connection in the complex. To call you need to cross the road. We got the promised Wi-Fi, but!! ! There is no Internet !! ! In the case, Beeline caught in some places, but only on old models of phones with built-in antennas. So the connection with the civilization in the case is only through a TV that catches 15 channels.

Were in the spa. The pool is decent. Water +28 degrees. Brooms are expensive and shabby! And this is when there are such forests around!! ! A bottle of Mikado wine costs 105 UAH (in Auchan 28 UAH)
It turned out that on the third day of rest, our children fell ill. Vomiting, diarrhea, fever. . . Some adults joined them. I will not say that poisoning, because. Everyone ate different things and in different places. We turned to the administrator with a question about the first-aid kit and the health worker: there is no first-aid kit, the nearest medical assistant is in the village of Tatarov. We were saved by calls to our pediatrician, a pharmacy in Bukovel (decent, had everything you needed) and by finding Lina, a massage parlor employee at the SPA. She turned out to be a paramedic and gave us injections. A HUGE THANK YOU to her!!!! ! We also went to the hospital with the little ones in Yaremche. and then they are taken to Yaremche. Everyone there is great: fast, not expensive, qualified. So if God forbid that - immediately in Yaremche, Address st. Oleksa Dovbusha, 5 if I'm not mistaken. By the end of the holiday, we found a place where you can eat tasty and cheap. Now I'll try to explain where. This is the entrance to the village of Tatariv from Yaremche. On the right side there is a wooden hut without a special name - just a hut is written. It stands a little on a hill, parking below and then steps up and a wrought iron fence. After Olga, we saw the light of prices and quality. Borscht 10 UAH, roast in a pot with porcini mushrooms 28 UAH, Carpathian tea 10 UAH (20 UAH in Olga).
In general, we decided to leave a day earlier due to illness of children. To our surprise, we were refunded half the amount for the room per night. This is how we rested. As it turned out, in their absence, our friends settled in the same room they paid for, and their things were transferred to another room. The administrator answered our questions that this is not our problem - but the staff. These are the surprises!! !
