But I don’t advise booking through the Bukovel website... they recruit anyone there, namely, absolutely incompetent young ladies (in our case, a certain Victoria !!!! ) created a lot of problems! and not convenient situations on our part, as clients, and on the part of the administrator of the hotel Petros! But despite all the stupidity of the employees of the reservation department, the administration reacted with understanding. Make amends for the mistakes of this Victoria ???? ! We love this hotel very much, and now we will come back here again ??? ?
