Everything is fine in the hotel, except: it’s completely impossible to sleep and sit on the sofa in No. 3, it was completely dead; we waited a bit until the room was prepared, although we arrived after 12, as agreed; we had to wait until the water warmed up. And the last , which is typical for Ukraine, but completely excluded in Europe, checking the number during check-out. The rating is high, since this is still Ukraine.
