Amenities: 5.0
Pros:
1. Excellent location for supporters of a relaxing outdoor recreation in seclusion - wild nature, a river, around a mountain and perfectly clean air, 6 km along a scenic road - a waterfall. Unlike many other estates and hotels of Tatarov, located mainly near the road
2. Closed territory, parking
3. Good national-style rooms, non-smoking, spacious (except attic rooms), most with balconies, most warm, heated floors in the bathroom, comfortable beds, clean beds, bathrobes and towels, extra beds - folding chairs (also inconvenience do not deliver), the furniture is solid, everything works
4. Good breakfasts, delicious Carpathian tea
5. Responsive staff at the reception
6. Internet with decent speed and excellent Wi-Fi coverage in the rooms
Minuses:
1. It's cold in the rooms on the lower floors, if after contacting the reception the heating is increased, it gets hot on the upper floors : )
2. There is no soundproofing (if you have a violent company or children above you, you are out of luck)

3. Cleaning is also missing, the garbage was taken out once a week, bed linen and towels were not changed.
4. Some rooms do not have a refrigerator, chairs, which is sometimes inconvenient
2. The kitchen was practically empty of staff and half of the products (weak excuse - October and a half-empty estate)
3. The prices of the regular menu are too high, not everything is available, the lazy aunt-cook of one of the shifts is in no hurry to strain, so not everything was possible to try, and then there was no longer any desire. This and the previous minus is partially offset by the presence in the area of several huts and restaurants with delicious cuisine and sane prices.
4. There is practically nothing to do in the estate. There is somewhere table tennis and a kind of bathhouse, a small playground for children
5. There is practically no cellular connection (especially Kyivstar and especially in the rooms)
Other notes:
1. The dishes included in the complex promotional offer for dinner are meager, insipid and absolutely not related to the national Carpathian cuisine (sausages, buckwheat, fried fish, coffee from the machine)
2. There is no alcohol on the menu (minus or plus - everyone decides individually)
3. It makes sense to come only by car, especially for lovers of outdoor activities, because. moving around the neighborhood on its own is inconvenient and far away (the same applies to shops in cafes). The road from the highway to the estate is almost perfect.
