We celebrated Christmas, took rooms with an early booking, they offered us a transfer in advance, on the day of arrival they also called and specified how and when we would be, settled immediately, without waiting for the check-in time, we were with a child and ordered food separately, no one has ever refused, and from the complex we took only breakfast, although sometimes we had to wait a long time, the rooms are warm and clean - just wonderful! There is an elevator, the pool is free, but in the afternoon, vacationers ordered a sauna and the pool was closed, there is still a tennis table and billiards, but there were also queues (or so it came across to us), from orbitrek simulators, vibration, some other, they didn’t understand why , press board, dumbbells, Swedish wall. There are cozy gazebos with barbecue facilities. The hotel is in the mountains, but it takes 10-15 minutes to the village in a picturesque area, there is a shop, it snowed every night and the staff cleaned the road early in the morning, so we didn’t experience any inconvenience due to ice, we went by car to Krasiya, to Uzhgorod, there are no cafes and huts nearby, to be honest, there is nothing to do in the winter (in the summer they organize hiking trips to the mountains), so it will be boring without a car, this is probably the only minus of Edelweiss. In general, the hotel is quiet and family-friendly (with the exception of one evening, when a tipsy company sang songs until 4 in the morning, but personally it didn’t bother us much, because it’s a holiday and everyone was resting : ))), we saw vacationers with a dog. In general, we are satisfied and plan to return with a much larger line-up!
