My daughter and I really liked everything - treatment, staff, service, nature and hotel customers.
We arrived after a "year" office work, naturally nervous and tired. . . we thought that the stress would NEVER go away! But we were very carefully "loved", reassured and healed, and we left rested, strengthened and, most importantly, happy!

Treatment in Thermal Star fully complies with European standards, the head doctor of the sanatorium Viktoria Grigorievna is a very professional specialist and, in addition, an intelligent and charming woman, controlled the results of our treatment 2-3 times a week - you must admit that this is a rarity for Ukrainian sanatoriums! The entire staff of the resort, without exception, is friendly and helpful. Perfect cleanliness all around, bedding and towels in the room are changed every 2-3 days, the rooms are cleaned daily, the cleaning service is unobtrusive and did not bring us any inconvenience.
The area around the sanatorium is constantly cleaned, there are convenient paths for walking in the forest, cleanliness in the pump rooms, there are sensory sensors for the water supply and their serviceability is monitored - once a week they are closed for maintenance.
And only food leaves much to be desired. Who has sick stomachs, liver or intestines - this food is hardly suitable. My daughter suffered from fats that are used in cooking. This, of course, is a significant drawback. But I think that the management of Thermal Star is constantly working to improve the quality of services provided to customers and they are up to the task of solving this problem. We want to come again and again! RECOMMEND!
