I recently rested in Termal and not the first time. I hope not the last. I really liked it. The new building is already open. All procedures are carried out in one place. Everything is new, bright and clean. Warm attitude towards guests.
I want to express my gratitude to all the staff, and especially the heads. doctor Victoria Grigorievna for her sensitivity, for her attention, for her kindness not only to me, but to all the vacationers she leads. And also, thanks a lot to Allochka from Sharko's soul, Olga Mikhailovna and Lyubov Andreevna, Kushnir Olya from underwater massage. And in general, to all medical staff.

And further. For those who have not yet rested in Thermal Star, but read the reviews of previous speakers. Don't trust them. This is a spoiled person who is used to being served everything on a silver platter. I would like to know how often these persons change their bedding at home. In Termal they change every 2-3 days. Towels - every day. And everything I read in the reviews is complete nonsense. Yes, there are not pleasant people in the administration, but this should not be written here, but on the spot you should go to the authorities and complain.
If you recommend a sanatorium, then only Thermal Star.
