Хороший с виду отель но есть неудобства Good looking hotel but some issues

The hotel does not look like a bad beautiful but inside there are a lot of problems.
My wife and I lived in 301 luxury room, the cost of the room turned out to be 1140 UAH. it feels like we paid for the whole hotel.
1, Terrible cold (high ceilings)
2, Saving electricity (not all lights are on).
3. In the closet there are hangers made of simple wire.
4. It began to rain at night and began to flow in large drops on the larch and drum very hard on the plastic window sill. (impossible to sleep).
5. In the morning there was another noise. It turns out to be a ventilation grill next to the bedroom window. (humming very loudly).
6. We go into the bathroom, the hair dryer is all melted, it’s scary to pick up and dry your hair (you can catch fire or get electric shock), they only dry socks because there is NO dryer for very small towels.
7. And the last. Settled late things were not unpacked put in a large room on the floor. And in the morning, dear mother, a whole swarm of insects (ants) got rid of them with difficulty. All things and products had to be sorted out. That's it.
