Дуже поганий отель. Фото не відповідають дійсності Very bad hotel. Photos do not correspond to reality

Rested in this hotel from 29.12. 20 to 04.01. 21. Booked a two-story cottage for 4 rooms. Photos do not correspond to reality. The rooms were very dirty, the door to the bathroom (in 3 rooms) was always jammed, it was impossible to get out of the toilet, the shower drain was clogged. It was cold near the house, especially at night. The rooms were very dark, the chandeliers were half-broken, and there was one light bulb in each room that shone very badly. I was very surprised by the washcloth, it was not only in use, so it was still half. There were no garbage bags at all, we bought them ourselves. In 6 days no one even changed a single towel. The bed linen was not fresh and from different sets.
The hosts are very unfriendly and rude. The hostess when booking promised to cook for an additional fee. When we arrived, she started saying that she couldn't, that she was having a hard time, that she was sick, etc. (and there were 10 of us, 4 of them children).
And in the kitchen (which was very small) there were no utensils for cooking on their own. By the way, we all did not fit in the kitchen, ate in two activities. There are no closets in the rooms, not even a place to store things.

On the territory of this complex there is a vat. The cost of which is UAH 1.000. for 1 year. Well, like a vat, the very name from it. We ordered this "miracle" vat. When they climbed into it, to put it mildly, they were surprised. There were no herbs, needles, etc. in the vat (last year we ordered a vat in Yaremche, then there were also fragrant herbs and spruce). In the tub floated some dirt of unknown origin and mucus. It was very disgusting. There was a dirty mop, a bucket of garbage, and machines for the brothers lying around this vat. To our remarks, the owners answered: what is this, and that simpler people come to them to rest than us. That we are very picky. And we were offered to sweep away as we are not satisfied.
And the ladies constantly accused us of why we booked through the site "hotel24" and did not go directly to her.
What I wanted to say, if you want to spoil your vacation, then go to the "Carpathian dew". It was very sad for me to meet such people. Because we have been vacationing in the Carpathians for 8 years and before that we met only kind, polite, welcoming people.
