The hotel is just terrible at night, it's cold, it feels like firewood is thrown into the boilers only in the evening. The linen is dirty. Everything in the room is dusty, not cleaned. In the morning you wake up just freezing... Yes, and the attitude towards vacationers is simply bestial, it feels like you are coming to the hotel and you are given to understand that you already owe everything for this. The administrator or hostess Anna, inadequate rude. The ATVs that are offered are faulty, the bill that is billed to you for the rest does not correspond to the price list at all and then they simply start loading why it happened, than what was offered for the rest. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, this is far from the case. You are going to rest in the Carpathians, believe me, this complex is not for you... you rested in many hotels in the Carpathians... there was no such attitude anywhere... HORROR! A hotel without a future.... .
