Settled in the main building, on the 2nd floor, room number 21. In the morning at 6-00 I woke up from the smell of the kitchen, fried chops, and could not sleep. When booking a room, no one said a room with such a nuance! If I knew, I would not book a tour, especially New Year's.
Secondly, the walls in the building are very thin, the neighbors are busy. I came to the room and listened to the TV, which surprised the neighbors, no sound insulation. Relax and be quiet - this is not about your hotel.
Third, and most importantly. 31.12. 20 was going to go to Bukovel. Climbing the stairs to the bus, she fell on the asphalt in the hotel because it was slippery. Even special shoes with spikes did not save me from falling on the ice. I was lying under the bus and I was picked up by men, it hurt. When she told the driver, she asked why the territory is not sprinkled with anything, he recoiled and said: "What do you want from me? I'm here for what??? ". There are not enough words from such indifference!

The whole of January my back ached, 30.01. 21 I did a CT scan and the radiograph and the conclusion to it indicated a fracture of the coccyx! ! ! ! ! I have not been able to sleep and sit normally for 2 months now, I am constantly on painkillers, a magnetic laser, traumatologists, a lot of medicines! ! ! Why should I pay for all this if you are to blame? I still can't move and I'm still in pain!

Wrote a review to the hotel with a request to return my money for the tour (they say on the site that if you do not like the holiday, the money back). As a result, no one even called back.
I do not recommend giving a place, UAH 1.000 was spent on something unknown!
