May is probably not the best month for a holiday in the Carpathians - it often rains, the snow has already melted, and mushroom berries have not appeared yet. Even the famous Hutsul cheese is not yet sold - cows only after the feast of St. Yuri (May 6) are driven out to pastures.
But the forest, air and Carpathian hospitality - we were able to fully enjoy this in the hotel "Vorohta". Before the trip, I read "different" reviews, such as "all inclusive in Ukrainian" - and now I can absolutely sincerely confirm that everything stated on the hotel's website is true. But, as they often write in reviews, there will always be eternally dissatisfied people who, for $ 250. in a week and at relatively low travel costs in their native "Fatherland" they want the Maldives and the Alps in one bottle.
There were cycling and horseback riding, rafting, and zip line, and all the excursions according to the program - except for "to the Hutsuls" (the cheese has not yet been made).

Our guides - Olga Vasilievna, Tanya, Marichka - are wonderful - erudite, friendly, ready to listen to any wish, and just - good cheerful interlocutors.
And most importantly - it is clear that the hotel is trying to make everything even better - and the bar in the courtyard was taken out, and the gazebos are new. A small detail - on the first day, they wished for a basketball and volleyball also a football + newer tennis rackets - and the next day - all wishes were fulfilled.
The room has all the amenities at the European level - everything you need, including a hairdryer, water from the "dzherela" in the cooler on the floor, a comfortable temperature in the rooms - when we returned from Hoverla after rain and hail - the rooms were already heated!
Every evening - a fire, Hutsul folk "music", mulled wine and absolutely "free" - fresh pastries.
No one was bored - from three-year-old children to 70-year-old grannies!
